The second Charleston
Three more passes, if everyone wants them.

After the first three passes there is an optional second Charleston, and it runs the other way around: left, across, right.
Note
It only happens if everybody agrees. Any one player can say no, and then the table moves straight on.
So there is a small decision hiding in it. If your hand came together in the first three passes, more passing mostly helps everyone else. If you are still holding a rack of odds and ends, you want those extra three chances.
Reading ahead is fine. The path takes lessons in order, so this one ticks off once you get here.
